I may not be a proponent of mass-produced packaged foods, especially Oreos, but this commercial for the nostalgic American cookie is terribly cute. Even cuter is the fact that their print and tv ads include the steps to properly eat an Oreo (lest the French figure it out on their own). Wonder if this campaign will get them drinking milk by the glass?

Perfect Saturday: baking Chocolate Chip Oatmeal and Pecan cookies with Smarties (the European version of M&M’s).

reminds me of autumn birthday parties during childhood. Perhaps one of these would help cure my seasonal blues?
